Webocat is provided as software-as-a-service. We aim for reliable operation but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free behaviour. Features may evolve or be reorganised with reasonable notice where practical.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Use strong passwords and limit access to people you trust.
You may not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging without consent, or attempts to compromise other accounts or infrastructure.
Data you enter into your workspace remains yours within the scope of our agreement. You remain responsible for lawful processing of third-party data (such as your clients) under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the relevant period, or a nominal amount when no fees apply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update this summary to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after reasonable notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms unless stated otherwise.
