  Units (credits) are digital usage allowances that represent your ability to use the Webocat AI assistant — message drafts, pre-call briefs, social captions, and more. Units are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and reset at the beginning of each period, with no rollover. In simple terms, they are a flexible consumption system that adapts to your usage volume.

• 2How are units consumed for different activities?

  Consumption depends on the AI action you run. Indicatively: 1 unit per message draft (reminder, follow-up, summary). 1 unit per pre-call brief from the calendar. 1 unit per social caption in the marketing composer. 0 units for scheduling reminders, appointments, CRM tasks, and automations — those CRM features are free. The platform calculates usage automatically and you can track it from the AI dashboard.

• 3What is included in the CRM for free without units?

  Core organization features — contacts, pipeline, calendar, reminders, follow-ups, automations, and forms — do not consume AI units. Units are used only when you ask the AI assistant to generate text. You can run the CRM daily without worrying about per-click charges.

• 4Can I see my unit usage and remaining balance?

  Yes — you can monitor usage and your remaining balance in real time from the AI dashboard (AI Assistant → Subscription Plans). This gives you full visibility so you can manage consumption according to your needs.

• 5Can I upgrade or change my subscription at any time?

  Yes, you can upgrade or change plans at any time from the AI dashboard. Upgrades take effect after confirmation and you receive the full unit allocation of the new plan. Downgrades activate at the end of the current billing cycle, without prorated refunds for the current period.

• 6Do unused units roll over to the next billing period?

  No. Units reset at the start of each billing period. Unused balance does not carry over, so all subscribers operate on equal renewal terms.

• 7What is the difference between Pro plans and Enterprise?

  Pro plans have predefined monthly unit limits for operators and growing teams. Enterprise is for larger organizations that need a shared unit pool, central management, reporting, custom limits, and integrations. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

• 8Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?

  Yes — with annual billing you get two (2) months free compared to paying monthly. The offer applies to all Pro, Pro+, and Pro Max tiers.

• 9What does the Enterprise plan include?

• 10Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

  Yes. Moving to annual billing takes effect after payment and includes two months free. If you switch back to monthly billing, the change activates at the end of your current annual period — without prorated refunds for the remaining subscription.

• 11What happens if I use all my units before the billing period ends?

  You can upgrade to a higher plan (e.g. from Pro to Pro+ or Pro Max) to receive the full unit allocation of the new plan immediately. If you do not upgrade, access to unit-consuming AI features stays inactive until the next billing cycle renews automatically.
